Cook-Off Registration

Held at the Galveston County Fair Grounds

Move in- June 22 beginning at 10am
Cook-Off- June 23
Move Out- June 24

Competition in: Brisket * Pork Spare Ribs * Chicken

Children's Pork Chop Flop & Mop- ages 7-17, child must have a parent or guardian that is participating in the cook-off. $25.00 entry with trophies for 1st-3rd place.

Entry fee is $120 + an un-cooked brisket (10 pound min.)

Trophies for 1st 2nd and 3rd in brisket, ribs, and chicken

“King of the Pits” will be crowned at the end of the day

Friday events include Party at the Pavilion with live entertainment, dancing, bar, and more.
Saturday’s events include a memorial ceremony, motorcycle ride, live entertainment, children’s activities, live and silent auctions, fire muster, static displays of emergency equipment, food and merchandise vendors, and much more

Monies collected will go to help the families of fallen firefighters and EMS workers here in Texas through the Texas LODD Task Force
